If you are learning self defense tactics, take some time to find out more about the throwing knife. Not only can this be used as a means of protection, but knife throwing is a sport which depends more on skill than muscle. Be careful where you choose to practice this activity; however, since it's not recommended that you do this indoors or around a lot of people.
